Database Properties

By going to File, Database properties you will find some information regarding the database you are working on.

The Summary information contains the :

- Title (Database name)
- Subject (What kind of information the database contains)
- Author (The default here is the name of the person that was used at the installation of Access on the computer.)
- Manager
- Company (The default is the company name used at the time of the installation of Access on the computer.)
- Category
- Keywords
- Comments
- Hyperlink base

The General information contains the :

- Type of file (Access)
- File location (where it is saved)
- Size (how much memory the database takes)
- When the file was created, modified and last accessed
- Certain attributes

The Contents will show all the tables, queries, forms, reports that you have created in the database.
